Another common misconception is that “hipster” is synonymous with “fucking everywhere”. If you have to actually try to find, for example, non-shutter sunglasses, then you’re looking at “was hipster 18 months ago (in London; 54-72 months ago if more than an hour’s trainride away otherwise)” at best.
